Kevin Robert Sandefur, development guy
After receiving Associates Degrees from Miami Dade College and Florida Community College, Kevin proudly served in the United States Navy with emphasis in Spanish Linguistics and Military Intelligence. Although his truly interesting military experience was his stint as a counter narcotics agent. He could tell you some stories but he'd have to...Well, you know the rest.
For the last ten years, Kevin has been a Licensed General Contractor in both North Carolina and Tennessee. He created and ran the commercial projects division for Heritage Log Homes.
His awards and recognitions reflect his diverse and well-rounded background, including multiple military citations such as: Naval Achievement Medal, Meritorious Captains Mast, Joint Military operations Medal, Coast Guard Drug Interdiction Medal, Good Conduct medal, Foreign Combat Medal, Marksman Medal - and he received the Humanitarian Award for Disaster Relief Service after Hurricane Andrew struck Homestead, Florida.
He lives in Waynesville with his wife and son.
