We Lead the Process, But Teamwork Builds the House

Of course, it's easy to talk about teamwork; it's quite another to build it into your business model.

In order to provide the StreamLine Solution, our business model requires an integrated team of well rounded experts. But whereas some companies might define teamwork as a list of roles and responsibilities, we choose to define teamwork as "required knowledge sharing."

Knowledge Sharing Begins with You

Therefore the first member of our team is you. Now this makes nice copy in a Web site, and you've heard all the "customer is always right" thing before. But again, our business model begins with you sharing knowledge with us.

Phase 1 in our process is keenly based on clarity and planning based on your input. Only you know what your vision for your Dream House is; you don't need someone else's ideas of what is either expedient or perfect.

Local General Contractor Partners

Think globally, but hire locally! Through our strict and rigorous partnership program, we bring licensed local general contractors to this integrated team. The knowledge sharing they provide then of course the nuances of their particular region - perhaps it's a knowledge of ordinances or maybe it's knowing which craftsman's talents to tap.

Our emphasis on tapping the local contractor's knowledge base is what enables us to build quality homes, not ivory towers from a corporate machine.
